Ingredients :

For the Beef Patty :

  • 500g ground beef (with some fat for juiciness)

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard sauce

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices (cheddar recommended)

  • Tomato slices
  • Onion rings
  • Mayonnaise or burger sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions :

Step 1. Prepare the Patty Mixture : In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, mustard, and egg. Combine gently—don’t overmix or the patty will become tough.
