Ingredients :
For the Beef Patty :
- 500g ground beef (with some fat for juiciness)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
For Assembling :
- 4 burger buns
- 4 cheese slices (cheddar recommended)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion rings
- Mayonnaise or burger sauce
- Butter (for toasting buns)
Step-by-Step Instructions :
Step 1. Prepare the Patty Mixture : In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, mustard, and egg. Combine gently—don’t overmix or the patty will become tough.
Step 2. Shape the Patties : Then Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round patties. Press slightly in the center so they cook evenly.
